A few years ago it was bacon, followed by kale. The newest trend hitting the world is Spiked Seltzer. Luckily for us Seattleites we have a hometown brand of our own. San Juan Seltzer, Inc. which debuted in May 2018 with the first small-batch, Northwest brewed, spiked sparkling water. Since then, they have forged an alliance with Schooner Brewing & Ethan Stowell Restaurants to set up shop in the SODO neighborhood. They were scheduled to have had their grand opening mid-September 2018.
“The concept is simple, come down enjoy a beer or spiked seltzer along with some great approachable food,” said Ron Lloyd, President and CEO of Schooner Brewing and San Juan Seltzer. “At San Juan Seltzer, Inc., we provide all-natural, alcoholic sparkling waters that are refreshing, delicious and the lowest calories on the market. Each flavor is inspired exclusively by fruit flavors that are inspired by the Pacific Northwest and blessed by our founder, Katy Enger.”
For signage, it was important for the branding to stay consistent with what consumers are use to seeing. The logo that is on the can; bold, bright and able to shine! To achieve this the Metro Sign Co. team decided to produce a custom diamond shape extruded cabinet with flex face graphics and white LED backlighting. All colors, including the cabinets returns are matched to the blue and gold in the branding. Painted wall graphics were also included to highlight the location as a Taproom, Kitchen & Bar.
