Evergreens, the gourmet-salad-to-go company. This ever-growing local chain has worked its way from a single store in 2013 to fifteen Seattle-area spots and three additional in Oregon, in just six years. Over four of those years, Evergreens has relied on Metro Sign Co. to help with their signage. Twelve locations in total, which included interior and exterior signs.
Evergreens is meticulous about their branding for consistency. For signage, that’s easier said than done when every location is a different size, has different needs and requires to comply with landlord and city code. As a full service sign company, Metro Sign Co. has had no problem tackling these situations and always providing Evergreens with simple cost effective solutions.
The process for every new location starts with the standard branding package and gets update to what fits the space after an onsite review, also known as a site survey. Project drawings and estimates are updated with these changes are provided to the client for approval. Once approved by the client and landlord the drawings are submitted by Metro Sign Co. to the city to confirm everything meets code. Checking all these boxes is important for us as a sign company but also for our customer. When Evergreens opens a new store it has a set project timeline that needs to be met. Not meeting it could result in increased budget and lost revenue. Metro Sign Co. team has never failed to meet these timelines, as customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
